WHY DO I NEED A COACH?


You don't need anything. Everything you need, lives within you. And that's part of my role; to help you come to this realisation. There is no magic pill, or one size fits all, it's a personal journey, that you will experience with my guidance.

You are whole and connected to everything, but if you are feeling emotions that you do not desire, it's because your subconscious belief is that you are separated from the whole. You may not even believe that on a conscious level, but that is what your vibration is saying to the Universe. My job is to help YOU get back into alignment with who you really are.

Know that every single person I work with has a completely different experience, and that's because each of us have a Divine path that is exclusive to us!

WHAT THIS IS


This is about self-healing. And as you heal yourself, you heal the world in the process, because the world is your reflection. We came here (this physical world) to grow, expand and nurture the human condition while using our spirit (inner guide) to guide us. This full immersion of holistic healing is about intention. How can you love yourself deeper? What do you want to bring to the world? How do you want to impact people? We then tap into your own inner guidance system to move you to where you need to go, and heal the parts of you that are hurting.

I am not here to teach you anything new, because no one ever can. I am here to teach you how to remember what your soul already knows and to help you use your own inner guidance system in a way that's both effective and conducive to your expansion.

DELIVERY


HOLISTIC HEALING is a ONE FULL DAY COACHING INTENSIVE
The session begins promptly at 9.00am and will conclude at 8.00pm
During this period you will not need access to any of your mobile devices
This will be a sacred session where you will connect with your inner being on ALL levels
The day will include; a physical hiking adventure, earthing, beach meditation session (weather permitting), plant-based cooking session (and eating), 2 hour coaching session, Reiki session with qualified Reiki Master, an AromaTouch Massage, a Journey in a Box experience (Deluxe Facial with organic vegan skincare range), a spa pedicure and a light plant-based supper

 

 
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE
 
PHYSICAL HIKING ADVENTURE

We will begin the intensive by pushing our physical limitations and embodying our physical strength. This part of the day will also include an earthing session followed by a beach meditation (weather permitting). This is to honour our vessels and acknowledge that its power stretches far past what we can possibly imagine.
9.00am - 11.00am

PLANT-BASED COOKING

We will follow our physical adventure with an all inclusive plant-based cooking session, where you will cook with Grigoria in her kitchen, using fresh produce to create a lunch dish and some snacks for your day. This session is particularly important to connect with the vibration of the food that fuels your vessel and honour its healing power.
11.00am - 1.00pm

 
ONE ON ONE COACHING SESSION

The package covers your mind, body and spirit, and along with honouring your vessel and your inner-being, we want to tap into your power and be led by your soul's purpose. You will gain a refreshed idea of how to listen to the guidance of your higher self and how to move forward by following the intuitive nudges you receive. This coaching session will be guided by your soul.
1.00pm - 3.00pm

REIKI SESSION

This is an all-encompassing package, which includes deep soul healing. You will receive a Reiki Healing Session from a qualified Reiki Master. This package has been designed as a holistic package, and every element is to serve your mind, body and spirit. This session follows our intensive 1:1 coaching session to help release any resistance and blocks that were brought up in our session.
3.00pm-4.30pm

 
BEAUTY THERAPY

Unlike other coaching intensives, this package includes an external healing session also. You will receive an Aroma Touch Massage using Doterra essential oils and performed by a qualified Beauty Therapist, followed by a Journey in a Box session which includes a Deluxe Facial and allows you to take home a range of organic vegan skincare, followed by a spa pedicure. This part of the day is very important for honouring our self-love movement.
4.30pm - 7.00pm

LIGHT SUPPER

Following your day of healing, we will conclude our session with light conversation and a light warm plant-based supper cooked by Grigoria. You will feel a lot of shedding and detoxing throughout the day, so it's important that you don't overindulge in the evening. The meal will be cooked with ingredients that will soothe your digestion and help you reinvigorate your body. This will also help you reconnect with this physical plane.

WHAT WE WILL COVER IN YOUR COACHING SESSION

CLARIFYING YOUR PURPOSE AND YOUR DESIRES

This is always our first question to ourselves. What do I want, and why do I want it? But more so, is it Divinely led? Here we spend time clarifying your purpose (note, that your purpose has less to do with a specific career path, and more to do with what you intend to bring to the world), and with that we will clarify and determine the desires attached to that purpose. These are not limited to your business, they can be personal desires too, and often the two are connected.

HARNESSING AND LIVING INTENTIONALLY FROM THE RECEIVING MODE

At this stage of the session we move from clarifying to creating intentions about how to move forward and live in a state of receiving as much as possible. The receiving mode is another way of saying the "allowing mode" where we use a range of techniques to help us stay in a state of flow. Here you will discover where you are currently blocking your own flow and we will bring them to the surface and move through them.

REPROGRAMMING YOUR MINDSET AND BELIEFS

Once you have clarified and determined how to live intentionally and in a state of flow, we connect those concepts with core beliefs. Because until you alter what you believe is ultimately true for you (and your reality), then you'll never on a subconscious level believe it fully. We move from believing to KNOWING at this stage of the session. We will reprogram your mindset so that you can determine (and change if necessary) when you are in alignment (with your own core beliefs/your truth) and when you are not in alignment.
